We are seeking an Online Mentorship Project Coordinator to facilitate the design and implementation of our new online mentorship and consulting program.

Reporting to the Executive Director and working in tandem with the Programming Coordinator, the Project Coordinator will help us outreach to established artists across the province and enrol them as online mentors in our Meet a Mentor program to be launched in the November of 2020. The program will build off our existing Mentorship and New Grad programs, giving emerging and mid-career artists direct access to a variety of mentors locally and regionally on a project by project basis similar to a consulting program. The Coordinator will be tasked with developing promotional material for the program, contacting potential mentors directly to discuss participation, distribute and collect mentor contracts, and create mentor profiles on our website.
