Visual Arts News is commissioning an artist for our Spring 2014 issue:

Visual Arts News is requesting proposals from Atlantic Canadian artists interested in creating original work for a two-page spread in the Spring Issue of Visual Arts News. Interested applicants should submit their proposals by October 1. The selected artist will be notified by October 10 and should be prepared to send us a high-res digital scan of the commissioned artwork no later than November 15. Visual Arts News will pay the selected artist an honorarium of $300.
