Annalise Prodor
Annalise Prodor is an inter-arts professional with nearly a decade's worth of arts facilitation and organizational experience. Most recently, Annalise worked in the performance art field as the Operations Manager & Artistic Associate for the internationally renowned Toronto performance company Mammalian Diving Reflex. She worked as a producer, writer, and/or co-director for 8 different performances at international festivals in 5 different countries (and in 4 languages!).
Annalise has successfully procured operational and project funding for non-profit organizations within the municipal, provincial, and federal levels and has proficient understanding in the required compliances of managing and reporting on the funds, including with the CRA and CADAC.
Annalise’s expertise lies in administrative organizing and project facilitation. She can offer guidance with operational and project related grant applications, financial management including: budgeting, grant reporting, and invoicing, as well as project management implementation and production including: time-lines, schedules, contracts, and critical paths. Her expertise has mainly focused within the non-profit sector.
Annalise is also super keen on inter-arts collaborations and seeks to find solutions to ways that artists of different disciplines, practices, and time zones can make work together!
