A series of experiments, glitches, happenings... longings to enact new ways of being.

This work is poly disciplinary- spanning modes, mediums and materials.

Tarps, cameras, books, bodies, windows, markers, blacklight and thumping bass.

Night clubs of somatic and sonic sensations.

Slow and excruciating connections made awkward, hilarious or tender.

Touching reality and recoiling into the imaginary.

Realizing the illusion can become real.

Biography

Mo Neon River Glitch creates visual and performance art that witnesses the brilliance, violence and complexities of our worlds. They open up new possibilities for how to live in this time through tapping into different shapes and patterns of existence. Their work utilizes academic research methods & inquiry through embodiment practices, with queer/trans studies of ecology, gender wildness, & critical phenomenology. Neon is an artist who opens portals to surviving within the confines & crumbling of modernity. They live in Mi'kmaki with their children, lover and communities. Mo works in contact and connection with cross disciplinary artists to create these works
