Biography

Jennifer Sinclair is an Acrylic and Mixed Media painter residing in Nova Scotia.
Growing up as the child of a single mother who was also an art student she spent much of her childhood having creativity encouraged.
Primarily self-taught, she has continued to learn and explore her artistic style through extended studies and regular practice.
Although she loves playing and experimenting with many different mediums and subjects, her primary focus has been vibrant paintings of nature, animals and people.
She has always been drawn to portraiture and figurative work because of her interest in connection, relationships with the natural world and others. Through her paintings, she hopes to capture moments with the subject that helps the viewer connect with them.
