Artist Statement

Arber is a 2D and 3D artist who conveys powerful human emotions, circumstances, dilemmas, and resolutions in his characters and subject matter. Whether animated or still, colorful or monochrome, realistic or stylized, a distinctive style of deliberate imperfections is evident in the art and make Arber's work one of a kind.

Biography

Albanian-born Halifax artist Arber Rexhepi is a graphic design and web development professional who has a great passion for character design, illustration, and animation and has former formal training that has helped him complete his projects.
He worked as a senior graphic designer for a respected local print shop and continues to freelance as a designer.
In HalCon 2019 he debuted Chapter 1 of his original manga-inspired comic book "Super Shqipez (Sons of Eaglez)" in left-to-right manga format.
"Super Shqipez" is released in two editions: Albanian and English. It is the first Albanian-inspired super warrior adventure series, drawing inspiration from cast uncharted world of mythologies, legends and history, cleverly refreshed into a manga. Currently, Arber is preparing Chapter 2 for release, and it will come with original 3D assets via a deluxe package.
