Led by Sally Wolchyn-Raab

Tuesday November 3rd 6-8pm on Zoom

The instructor will cover the fundamentals of writing a convincing project description (essential when applying for provincial or national funding), explain what jury members look for when adjudicating funding proposals, and discuss writing styles appropriate for writing about your art practice and yourself as an artist. The workshop will use the Canada Council and the Nova Scotia Tourism, Culture, and Heritage . creation grant applications as specific examples. Following, specific questions from participants will be fielded and answered regarding the Fundamentals.
