Éirinn Byrne
Artist Statement
“My work expresses the emotional response I experience when observing the natural world. As I meditate on organic shapes, lines, and colours, I seek to capture the essence and beauty of what I have experienced. I do this by applying thin washes of oil pigment on canvas or paper, carefully creating paintings that are light and ethereal, while also speaking to the fundamental reality of the subject observed.”
