Students are introduced to storytelling through the comics medium, and how to draw using visual language. This can be taught in a few hours. With these new skills students create a comic page of their own that tells an interesting and entertaining story. These pages can be printed in comics form and each student takes home their copy of their student made class comic. Art supply costs are low and printing can be produced quite inexpensively.
