Join VANS on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Memory Lane Heritage Village in Lake Charlotte for the 2011 VANS AGM. Saturday’s activities will commence with the VANS Annual General Meeting at 1pm followed by a Tour of Memory Lane Heritage Village at 3pm. At 5pm, there will be an opening reception of the Eastern Shore VANS Regional Exhibition, which is also open to the public. Following the reception, there will be a VANS members’ supper at 7pm, (guests are welcome, but also must register) featuring menu specials of Fresh Bread, Baked Haddock with parsley potatoes, steamed carrots, and garden salad. Pickles. Gingerbread and topped off with a delectable dessert of homemade ice cream & rhubarb sauce. Dinner will be followed by an after dinner social from 8pm-10pm. To end the VANS’ AGM this year in Lake Charlotte, there will be a VANS Picnic on Sunday, June 5th at Clam Harbour Beach at Noon.
